Royal Malaysian Police, Arrius 1A Engine Technical Review

On the 27th November 2018 took place in Global Turbine Asia (GTA) Sdn Bhd, a yearly technical review with the Royal Malaysian Police and SAS (Systematic Aviation Service Sdn Bhd) in charge of the helicopters maintenance for the Royal Malaysian Police.

The objective of this meeting is to review the main engine technical topics of the year in order for GTA to bring solutions meeting the Royal Malaysian Police operational needs. Indeed, the Royal Malaysian Police operates six AS 355N powered by SAFRAN HE ARRIUS 1A engines requiring reliable engines, high availability rate, but also a local efficient engine support organization to ensure their daily missions in all Malaysia.

This key event led to mutual discussions, allowing the GTA to have a better understanding of the customer expectations in order to always adapt the technical and commercial support to the Royal Malaysian Police daily operational requirements.
